Hong Ying Tooling machines 6061, 7075, and 5052 aluminum alloys daily. 6061 offers the best balance of strength, corrosion resistance, and machinability. 7075 is aerospace-grade with high strength-to-weight ratio. 5052 is formable and weldable, ideal for sheet metal and marine applications. Our CNC centers hold +/-0.005 mm on complex aluminum geometries.
