What We Need
Required Information
Gather the following before contacting us to begin supplying your own material.
Your Information
- First and Last Name
- Company
- Email and Phone Number
- Reference (PO, Part/Quote number, etc.)
- What you are supplying: material, colorant, or both
Material Information
- Trade Name
- Grade
- Color (description and color code)
- Base material type (Thermoplastic or LSR)
- MSDS Form (.pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx)
- Process Data Sheet (.pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx)
Colorant Information
- Colorant Manufacturer Name
- Material Compatibility
- Colorant Manufacturer Part ID
- Let-Down Ratio (LDR)
- Colorant Description and Color Code
- Whether the colorant will be pre-mixed
- MSDS Form
Before You Ship
Shipping Requirements
Please do not ship material until you have been contacted with your material ID. Any material shipment to us MUST meet these requirements:
- Correct resin identification number that matches the description of the resin you are sending.
- Your Company Name on the shipment.
- Freight must be pre-paid — no collect shipments will be allowed.
- If you are having material drop-shipped directly to us, your vendor must comply with all shipping requirements.
It is our policy not to store unused material after 12 months, at which time the material will either be returned to you or disposed of at your expense. We are not responsible for any order delays if a shipment does not adhere to the above requirements.

Labeling & Containers
- Label shipments with the correct company name and address with freight prepaid and material ID.
- Material must be supplied in manufacturer standard containers (e.g. 20 oz. cartridges, 32 oz. cartridges, 5 gallon pails / 20kg pails).
- Part A & Part B must be provided separately.
- Include the date of manufacture and expiration date for each lot/batch of material.
We Cannot Accept
- Room-temperature-vulcanizing silicone (RTV), pourable silicone, or pre-mixed A&B components.
- Contaminated or improperly labeled material.
